Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- A high volume of orders may delay shipments.
- Allow for additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipment Delivery Providers
We use Canada Post to ship your order and we are not liable for:
• Mistakes made by Canada Post
• Wrong address given by customers
• Damage to order by postal service
• PO box issues
• Stolen packages after delivery

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Shipping & handling charge for orders under $200 is calculated at checkout.
- Orders of $200 and over receive free shipment.
- Delivery delays can occur during busy shopping seasons.
Shipment Destinations and P.O. boxes
34degrees only ships within Canada, including P.O. Boxes.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- Shipment Confirmation email with tracking number(s) will be received once your order has been shipped.
- Tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
- Orders completed after 1pm PST will be shipped the following business day.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
34degrees is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc).
Damages
34degrees is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. In the event that a package is lost or damaged, please contact 34degrees at info@34degreesadaptogens.com so we can have an opportunity to remedy the situation.
